Cloud9 and Immortals to Major Qualifier

Eight teams faced off at the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Americas Minor Championship in Santa Ana, California to determine which would represent the Americans at the PGL Krakow Offline Major Qualifier.


Once the dust settled, Cloud9 and Immortals emerged victorious. Cloud9 managed to overcome South American representatives Immortals in the grand finals, securing first place at the tournament, $30,000 in prize money and a slot at the Major Qualifier. Immortals walked away with second place and $15,000, however the team has also qualified.


Final standings:

1. Cloud9 - $30,000 + Major Qualifier spot

2. Immortals - $15,000 + Major Qualifier spot

3. CLG - $5,000

4. Luminosity


Immortals and Cloud9 will join Tengri, Vega Squadron, TyLoo, Renegades, GODSENT, G2 Esports, Team Liquid, OpTic Gaming, HellRaisers, mousesports, and FlipSid3 Tactics at the PGL Major Krakow Offline Qualifier, which will take place from June 29 to July 2 in Krakow, Poland.


The playing field for the Krakow Major's Offline Qualifier will be set after next weekend's PGL European Minor.
